Our Business & Return Policy

To use a credit card, please fill out this form, print and FAX it to us at this number: 425.868.1118. We need your signature to process your credit card. Our bank requires your signature for credit card orders. You can call in your order and we will fax you a form to sign for authorization of your credit card. We cannot process a credit card that is submitted to us online.

If you are a Washington Resident....we will have to add Sales tax. This will be applied to your confirmation by email or Fax.

This form does not give totals. We will add shipping and tax if necessary and email you the total.

Returns must follow our policy stated on the business page of this site. You must notify us of a return within 48 hours of receipt of the item(s) and obtain a return authorization number. Please read our Return Policy . We will not accept returns if our policy is not followed.

Layaway sales are final.
