While shopping this site, please let us know if you see things you would like to receive for yourself.  Create your wish list of what you would like to hope to receive for a gift.   This list will be kept on file.  You may include the email addresses of the giver if you would like us to plant a gentle reminder.

Vintage & Antique Items- I guarantee the items to be accurately represented. All items will be in premium condition.  I do not sell reproductions. I will supply as much information as we know on each item. I stand behind what we sell. I have been in business for 25 years buying and selling high end antiques.

Estate jewelry- Each item  over $1500.00 will come with an appraisal by a certified gemologist . We guarantee each item to be exactly what is written on the appraisal.

Every item sold on this site has been hand selected by a very discriminating buyer.  Every item I ship will be perfect in every way.

Please note that all the information you give us is considered confidential.  We do not and will not distribute any information you give us to anyone else.

1. You must notify Valentina's via e-mail  or phone  425.868.7080, 206.715.8062 of your request to return the item(s) within two days of receiving the shipment, except estate jewelry. Please see below about estate jewelry returns. 

2. A return authorization number will be issued to you which must be included with the returned item(s).  Since returns are shipped at your risk, package them carefully and insure them with the carrier of your choice.   Returned items must be received in the same condition as originally shipped by Valentina's. Upon receipt and approval of the return, a check or a credit card refund will be issued less shipping and handling charges.

3. We will not accept a return if this process is not followed

ESTATE JEWELRY comes with appraisals and all returns will have to be reappraised.  I must be notified within 24hours of the arrival. Returned  estate jewelry items will be taken in for appraisal, and this must match the original appraisal for a refund to be issued. This may take 3-5 days after we receive the item.  I will not accept a return if the return process  is not followed.

2. Paisley will issue you a return number.  This number must be on the package when it is returned.

3. You must return the appraisal and any packaging sent with the piece of jewelry.   Since returns are shipped at your risk, package them carefully and insure them with the carrier of your choice.   Returned items must be received in the same condition as originally shipped by Valentina's.

4. I will notify you by email when we receive the item.  After the jewelry  has been reappraised and the two appraisals match, your card will be credited, less shipping charges and handling charges. 

Lay-away Sales.  I will try to work with you if you need to put an item on layaway. Please inquire with Paisley about a specific item. All Lay-Away Sales are final.  I will not refund a deposit on a layaway sale.  A layaway item cannot be returned.

Ring Sizing. I can have a ring sized for you. Once a ring has been sized either by us or your jeweler, it cannot be returned. 

PAYMENT METHOD: Payment must be in U.S. funds and may be paid via MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, personal or certified check or money order. Credit card sales will be shipped upon credit approval. Certified check or money order sales will be shipped upon receipt of payment. Items paid by personal check may be delayed for processing payment.

DISCLAIMER: Each piece offered by Valentina's has been represented as accurately as possible. Due to the variations in monitors and the utilization of different browsers and systems, the specific colors of items can only be approximated. Our jewelry items are one-of-a-kind, for which we are unable to offer replacements or exchanges. If there is a typo on this site, we take the right to make the correction once the error is brought to our attention.
