This amazing antique baby gown is cotton with rows of lace.  Between the rows of lace is hand worked eyelot.  A scalloped lace piece runs along the center panel from the shoulder to the bottom edge of skirt.  Long scalloped lace that is 8 inches wide runs along the bottom edge of the skirt.  Tiny gathers runs along where the bodice and skirt connect.  There are 2 ties and a tiny mother of pearl button hole in the back.  This dress is in perfect and clean condition.  It is from Europe and dates to about 1880.  Shoulder to bottom edge..39 inches.  Bottom edge of skirt..130 inches.  Bodice..18 inches.  $555.
